DONE Bob Haller, upload the IBIS test cases. OPEN - Opens for new items Mike Labonte Summarized the how he handles bounced Ibis Quality email messages. If he receives 2 or more bounced emails (undeliverable email) the user may be removed from the list. There is considerable latitude given , for instances if the mailbox is filled or the user is accessible by other means. - Detailed Documentation review Latest versions of documentation were put up on the web site. this includes meeting minutes and IQ_4_5_wave_proc_8_12_03.txt IQ_4_3_vt_curves.txt Vt_Curves.txt document has been re-formatted to be similar to Mike's IQ_4_5_wave_proc.txt document. The vt_curves.txt document needs to be reordered by level. -VT_curves.txt VT and ramp data needs to be consistent. VT curves should be monotonic except for miller capacitance (pre_shoot) and overshoot. No decision if this should be a requirement. Significant effort to determine the appropriate wording to describe the ibis parser check for VT to IV curves. The combined High State DC IV characteristic is defined as the sum of the [Power_clamp], [Ground_clamp], and [Pull_up] IV tables (ground relative). Similarly, the combined Low State DC IV characteristic is defined as the sum of the [Power_clamp], [Ground_clamp], and [Pull_down] IV tables (ground relative). The voltage associated with the intersection of the V_Fixture, R_Fixture, and Rdut (if present) load line with the respective combined high/low DC IV characteristic should be within 2% of the VT table DC endpoints based on the VT table DC range. There was a discussion about sub models and dynamic clamps. these are not cross checked by the parser (VT to IV curve check). Ramp data di dt must be positive. Some of this detailed documentation has already been captured in IQ_4_4_ramp_data.txt. Need to avoid any duplication. Bob Ross suggested we replace all references of "iv curve" with "iv table" to be consistent with the ibis specification. AR- Change vt_curves.txt to vt_tables.txt update and post. BH/BK - Plans and Schedule for next meeting Finish review of VT_curves.txt (IQ_4_3_vt_tables.txt).
